🛍️ Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non‑returnable items include:
- Sale items and final clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Undergarments, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons)
📦 How to Start a Return
- Email us at marykalliora@yahoo.gr or call us at 6972447630 within 14 days of delivery.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Pack your items securely and send them to the return address we provide.
Please note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
If your return is rejected (e.g., worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags), the item will be sent back to you.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
